Sui Zhenjiang, Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Director
Sui Zhenjiang, a male of Han ethnic group, was born in Liaoning Province in August, 1963. He is a CPC member and a Master Degree holder. Mr. Sui is currently Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Director of Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. He leads all the operations of the party and government work of Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Also he is concurrently responsible for the General Office and HR Division.

Sui was previously Deputy Director of the Xicheng Branch of Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Chief of the Xicheng Branch of Beijing Bureau of Urban Planning. At the same time, he served as Deputy Head of the Xicheng District Government, and a member of the standing committee of Xicheng District People’s Congress, and Deputy Secretary-General of Beijing Municipal Government (of Director-General Rank).

Miao Leru, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Deputy Director
Miao Leru, a male of Han ethnic group, was born in Hebei Province in January, 1950. Mr. Miao is a CPC member and a Bachelor Degree holder. He presently occupies the position of Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as well as Director of the Housing System Reform Office (of Director-General Rank). He is mainly responsible for housing system reform and real estate market administration, and concurrently leads Division of Housing System Reform, Division of Real Estate Market Administration, Division of Real Estate Development Administration, Division of Real Estate Registration Administration, Urban Construction Research Center, Municipal House Property Registration Affairs Center, Municipal Private House Policies Implementation Division and Municipal Real Estate Surveying and Mapping Center.

He was once Deputy Chief of the Regulation Division of Beijing Real Estate Bureau, Chief of Proposal Division of Beijing Municipal Housing System Reform Office, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee, Director of Beijing Municipal Land Resource and Real Estate Administration Bureau, and Director of Beijing Municipal Housing System Reform Office.

Wang Chengguo, Deputy Director
Wang Chengguo, a male of Han ethnic group, was born in Shandong Province in February, 1966. He is a CPC member and a Master Degree holder. Mr. Wang serves as Member of the CPC Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Director of Beijing Municipal Housing Security Office. He is responsible for housing security, dilapidated/old building and shantytown reconstruction and historic and cultural scene conservation area remedy works, and heads the Housing Security Office and Housing Security Administration Center.

Feng Keliang, Deputy Director
Feng Keliang, a female of Han ethnic group, was born in Beijing in May, 1965. She is a Master Degree holder and currently Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. She is mainly responsible for the work in terms of technology, building energy conservation and building material management, and rural development service.
